By accessing and using Padel Rankup (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Padel Rankup is a platform that connects padel players with clubs, manages player rankings, and facilitates match organization. The service includes:

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms. Inappropriate content will be removed and may result in account suspension or permanent ban. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before removing content or suspending accounts.
Important: Padel Rankup is a platform that connects players with clubs and maintains rankings. We are not responsible for injuries that occur during padel matches, disputes between players or clubs, club facilities, equipment, or services, or any physical activities or sports-related incidents.
Users participate in padel activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate insurance coverage.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You may request account deletion at any time from your account settings. Deletion is not allowed while you have: future bookings (reservations), credit balance at any club, upcoming match (regular or tournament), upcoming open match, or upcoming open tournament participation. You must resolve these first (e.g. cancel bookings, use or withdraw credit, complete or leave matches and tournaments).
By deleting your account you will lose access to any active memberships and trainings; these cannot be recovered. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Romania.

Padel Rankup operates as a verified marketplace platform. Clubs are added by our administrators and undergo manual verification prior to listing. Each club remains an independent entity responsible for its own pricing, availability, policies, facilities, and staff.
Padel Rankup facilitates discovery and booking, but does not own or operate clubs and is not a party to the service contract between users and clubs.
Payments for court bookings, memberships, and trainings are processed through Padel Rankup. Card payments are processed by Netopia. Accepted methods also include: credit (platform balance held at the club, where available), and cash (where offered by the club; collected directly by the club and recorded on the platform). Card details are not stored by us; card payments are handled by our payment provider in accordance with applicable regulations.
The platform may retain a commission on transactions. Amounts due to clubs are settled according to our payout schedule and policies. The service contract (court time, membership, training) remains between you and the club; we facilitate payment and record-keeping.
The platform applies a single payment and cancellation policy. This policy is shown before you confirm a booking (in the checkout flow) and governs how refunds are calculated if you cancel. By completing payment you accept this policy for that booking.
Refunds are calculated according to how many hours before the start of the booking you cancel. The applicable refund is:

Default form of refund: Unless otherwise stated or offered, refunds are issued as credit to your balance at that club (see section 14.3). They are not automatically returned to your card. Cash payments are not refunded through the platform; any reimbursement for cash payments is at the club's discretion and must be arranged directly with the club.
Credit is a balance held on your account for a specific club and currency. It is not a bank account or e-money. Credit is non-transferable and can be used only for bookings (and related services we allow) at that club. It cannot be exchanged for cash except through our designated refund or withdrawal process (e.g. refund to card or withdrawal to bank account, where available and subject to eligibility).
We may set eligibility rules or minimum holding periods for converting credit into a refund to your card or bank account. We do not pay interest on credit balances. If your account is closed or suspended, we may handle any remaining credit in accordance with our policies or applicable law.
In eligible cases (e.g. after credit has been held for a minimum period, or when you request withdrawal of credit to your bank account), we may process a refund to your card or a transfer to your bank account (IBAN). Such refunds are subject to our eligibility criteria and processing times. Card refunds are processed via our payment provider; bank transfers require you to provide correct bank details and are completed by our team. We are not liable for delays or failures due to incorrect details or third-party banking or card processing.
Any dispute about a payment or refund should be raised with us and, where relevant, with the club. Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting us may result in account restriction and reversal of any related credit or service. We and the club may use the transaction and refund records held on the platform to resolve disputes.
Refunds, cancellations, and pricing disputes must be addressed directly with the relevant club and are subject to that club’s policies.
As a consumer you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use alternative dispute resolution (SAL): anpc.ro, reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
In classic matches and tournaments, each involved player may update their own score. Results are confirmed when all involved players agree. If there is a disagreement, Padel Rankup may review available information and make a final determination, at its discretion, to preserve the integrity of rankings and competitions.
Submitting false or manipulative results is prohibited and may result in penalties, correction or removal of results, suspension, or account termination.
Users may post reviews and ratings on club pages and upload a profile picture. All content is subject to manual moderation. By submitting content, you grant Padel Rankup a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content within the service.
We may remove or edit content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or reasonable community standards.
Padel Rankup displays public leaderboards, rankings, and player statistics (including wins/losses/ties). By using the Service, you consent to the display of your competitive data and profile name/avatar on public leaderboards and club pages, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Clubs are solely responsible for their facilities, staff, safety, schedules, pricing, and fulfillment of bookings, memberships, and trainings. Padel Rankup is not responsible for club policies or performance, and does not guarantee availability or service quality.
Memberships and training packages are sold directly by clubs. They may appear in Padel Rankup once assigned by the club, but are governed by the club's terms, usage limits, expiry dates, and cancellation/refund policies.
Padel Rankup provides a platform for users and clubs to interact. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between Padel Rankup and any user or club. Padel Rankup is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users or clubs.
By using Padel Rankup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
